Bradley Hall is a mindfulness instructor, trauma recovery coach, and educator with a multidisciplinary background in psychology, leadership, and holistic health. His work integrates mindfulness-based practices, depth psychology, and trauma-informed principles to support personal insight, emotional regulation, and long-term well-being.

He holds a Master’s degree in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, and an MBA from Western Governors University. Bradley is a certified Trauma Recovery Coach (IAOTRC), a certified Holistic Life Coach, and an ordained metaphysical minister.

Bradley has spent decades teaching, mentoring, and serving others across diverse settings, including community service, coaching, and education. His approach emphasizes clarity, personal agency, and practical application, offering learners a grounded framework for understanding and integrating mindfulness into everyday life.
